SEMI AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR TUNGSTEN CARBIDE FLEXIBLE CORD PRODUCTS
This feeder has been specifically designed to feed flexible tungsten carbide cord products for applications requiring high volumes of hardsurfacing.
It is designed for cord diameters of 6mm, 7mm, and 8 mm.
It is not recommended for cord diameters smaller than 6mm.
When operated as per recommended procedure, it can generate up to 30% savings in labour and gas consumption compared to manual feeding.
Spare parts are available in Edmonton and can be shipped immediately upon receipt of P.O.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Never pull back the flexible cord through the black feeding hose when the tip of the cord is still hot from hardsurfacing. The hot tip would melt the inner liner of the feeding tube and disable the feeder. Replacement of the complete feeding hose might then be necessary.
